Ex-Oracle, Ex-AON Leader Joins Darwinbox as Head of Enterprises
Mumbai, India, September 18, 2023 -- Vishal Singh joins Darwinbox as the leading HCM provider's Head of Enterprises, coming in with more than 20 years of experience in global brands, and expertise spanning sales, account management, customer success, and business development.
Having worked at numerous prestigious brands over two decades, driving business and strategy, Vishal Singh now takes up the mantle of Head of Enterprises at the HCM leader, Darwinbox.
“I actually wound up in the HR space quite by chance, with no formal training in that domain, many years ago in a company called SHL,” recounts Vishal. “You could say I never looked back after that. After SHL, I went deeper into the HR space with AON where I dabbled in various HR practices and drove the commercial engine there. Later I was in a firm catering to the blue-collar workforce. In Oracle, I led market strategy, my only non-sales stint. So it’s fitting that all of my past work experience is culminating in the perfect way for my role at Darwinbox.”
Vishal will be leading the enterprise motion at Darwinbox and will bring his experience to bear as he brings new methodologies and approaches to the HCM leader to ensure success.
In a career that has been driven by empathy for his clients and colleagues, as well as his passion for understanding client challenges and the ability to unearth client expectations, he’s held sales leadership roles in many global organizations.
“I am very excited to join this young and growing company at this stage in its journey. There’s a hunger and alacrity about the team that is contagious,” said Vishal about his appointment. “Darwinbox has done extremely well to go from scratch to standing alongside the incumbents in the space in a short time.
