All HR tasks, from hire-to-retire, will be managed through Darwinbox. Chandra Asri employees can access and manage their personal data, relieving time constraints on HR administrators. Chandra Asri employees will also have greater visibility to track their own data, including requests of absence, leave, and reimbursement, which can be approved by their manager anytime using the same app.
Further, HR Helpdesk also extends HR supports to any Chandra Asri employees that have questions or require help, while social network ‘Vibe’, Onboarding, and Recognition modules will empower stronger connection among employees. Overall, the integrated HR platform will enable better collaboration, higher employee productivity, as well as better employee and candidate experiences.
